Accum-Matic handling equipment is specialized for the part, and designed to best serve your line processes. We provide the individual units or
complete systems for these in-line handling operations.
Automated transfer - with indexing or free type transfer mechanisms for parts or pallets. Indexing units feature walking-beam or shuttles, either
accumulating or non-accumulating. Free type units comsist of power and free chain, fricion roller, gravity roller, and flat chain types of conveyance mechanisms.
Support equipment for either type of transfer
includes rollovers, turntable, pump-up mechanisms, elevator, lowerator, monorail load/unload devices, and escapement mechanisms. Various configurations and conveyor layouts are designed and integrated into
customers’ plant layouts.
In-process storage and retrieval - Accum-Matic designs and builds systems to accommodate customer needs. On-line or off-line systems are developed for horizontal, vertical or robotic
applications in conjunction with in-line conveyance systems.
